KAGAYA(加贺谷穰)，生于1968。日本奇幻插画大师，擅长数字绘画。
1968年出生于日本崎玉县上尾市，早在孩提时代他就对自然科学和宇宙学非常感兴趣，到了1984年随着日本计算机普及率的提高，他渐渐对计算机也产生了兴趣。1988年进入东京图形设计学校(Tokyo Designer School of Graphic Design)学习设计，并开始了职业绘画生涯。1990年从学校毕业后他开始为Hoshino-techo co.ltd工作，也是从那时开始，他开始使用计算机绘制框架和合成他的作品，这算是他最初将计算机应用到图形图象领域。加贺谷穰的毕业作品《Fantastic Starry Night》出版成星座明信片，一跃成为最佳销售商品。他同时是数字绘画手法的先驱，1991年开始尝试利用计算机电脑绘制草稿和画面构图，1995年就全部用电脑作业，创造了绘画领域划时代的“数字绘画”技法。同年发表了从构图到色彩以及绘图制作完全电脑化的作品《Digital Painting》。他的CG作品意境优美深邃，画面有着极强的透明感，内容将古代神话与现代科技相结合，受到了FANS的普遍欢迎，在海内外享有极高的声誉。
到了1995年，他开始进行纯数字绘画(Pure Digital Painting)，即从框架到颜色直到完成整个作品均在计算机上完成。1996年以后成为职业的太空美术家，加盟“星之手贴”公司，为天文图书、报纸杂志和天文软件创作天体和宇宙航行的美术作品，屡屡获奖。1996年，“黄道12宫”插图在日本发行并深受大众的喜爱。自此在CG方面屡有佳作横空出世，并举办名为《KAGAYA星座艺术》的展览。作为一位天文插画家，加贺谷穰一直担任天文杂志《HOSINABI》的插画封面画家，并创作了许多以天文为主题的插画作品。1997年开始“天体探索”(Celestial Exploring)的制作。1998年获由Trans-Modern Art Ltd.,颁发的“数字精彩艺术会议”98年度的金奖，同年“天体探索”在日本发行，第二年他又发行了“天体探索”的油画版。2000 年，“黄道”(the Zodiac)油画版发行；“周围”(Ambiente)获得由Hewlett-Packard Co.颁发的第七届年度微型发行新闻数字艺术大赛 (the Seventh Annual Micro publishing News Digital Art C-ontest)数字绘画一等奖。
